Hanging leg or knee …
Hanging leg or knee raises will hit your lower abs hard, but the upper abs will also be effected as well. If your lower abs need more work, just do partial reps to where you feel only the lower abs are mostly worked.

The best ab exercise ever is on the ‘iron gym’ doorway bar. Hanging leg raises will work both upper and lower abs intensely. Check out my abs, i never do any other ab exercise.

take into consideration what katieschannel said, but also remember that diet plays a huge role in your weight loss. Jogging would be ineffective if you go home and eat a more than you burned . . . you want a balance between how much you exercise (the amount of calories you burn) and how much you eat (the amount of calories you in take)

Well, I’m 14 too, I’m a bit fitter, but you know, we can’t help you. I needed a lot of time to relise that i have to work. I eat less, don’t eat after 8 pm for a while, then I don’t eat at 7 pm, i exerice.
