    Before I get slaughtered with Crazy Comments…. The “mexican thing” is because I am leaving for Mexico in two weeks and want to get extra ripped for the beach. That’s it, that’s all.

    Spreadsheets are the best way to organize your diet
    …I hate to brag, but I’ve got a pretty sweet setup haha

    I have only been trying to get my abs to show, and I have seen some slow steady loss… but fat loss is NOT my main physical goal right now anyway, and I haven’t been able to do any good cardio with my knee problems :(
