How do u loss weight in a month?
I need more information how to loss weight in month, in a fast, natural ways & no pills in your diet?
Is it effective?
How do you treat walking vs. running, as you do cardio training before you workout weight exercise?
Ok, the best way is to do some form of cardio to raise your heart rate 5 days a week. You can do anything – the best exercise is that which you enjoy – power walking, running/jogging, cycling, swimming, rock climbing, aerobics, kyaking – whatever you enjoy.
Then incorporate some weight bearing exercises – hand weights, leg weights. Muscle burns energy even when you are not doing anything.
Eat well, lots of fruit and vegies and lean meats. Skim milk or low fat milk, yoghurts etc. Cereals for fibre such as wheat bix etc.
But seriously if you do cardio for 30mins a day you will see an improvement within a week. Just remember – you need to use more calories/KJ than you consume.

I started drinking water once I found a good source. I ate a good breakfast of rasin bran w/2% milk, a piece of toast no butter only jelly, I drank some cranberry juice 4 oz. and some fruit that was easy to get to with no mess if I was still hungry like grapes.
After breakfast it is wise to have a before lunch snack. Some wheat thins some of my grapes and ONE slice of cheese.
Lunch was the heaviest, some soup, tuna sand., juice, water, crackers
sometimes pasta, or whatever you want that is not fast food, oily, fried, high in sugar you know….Fill up on green leafy and your bulk foods during lunch so that you have time to digest it. When you sleep your digestion slows and you will be uncomfortable.
Light snack before dinner

I have to go. I will return to tell you how many ounces of each you could eat. With meats stay around 4-6 oz servings. If you are not full you have to eat fruit or something.
