How can I control my weight and my hunger?

OK I have lost 10 pounds drinking a weight loss product, but I gained it again. I seem to get hungry alot, and i can not control my hunger. I would like to lose weight, but i get hungry alot, how can I control it. I would like to knoe, because I really do not know how

chew gum that helps. brush your teeth i know its silly but every time i brush my teeth i dont want to eat. eat a furit before a meal it will help you form over eating. drink water so it fills you up.

  3. Cmon. Why you trying to find the easy way out? You need to WORK OUT and GET SLEEP and EAT HEALTHY. That’s all. PERIOD. Stop taking things that mess up your body. You’ll regret it.

    if you are physically hungry, you NEED to eat, if its psychological hunger as you want to eat due to stress, sadness, ETC then its different you should not be eating.

    in order to lose weight you have to SO WHAT and WHEN your eating it,

    if you are just living on junk food and you are trying to lose weight it will never work.

    cuz 1) you will be hungry all the time CUX junk food does not fill you up. and
    2) Junk food is full of calories and carbs which doesn’t keep you full for a long time.

    so basically its all in the diet, try eating protein and complex car bs and then see if your hungry.

    eat as many veggies as you want!, fruit should be moderate and heaps of protein and LOG GI foods.
    eat chicken, meat, eggs, and tuna everyday!
