Wai Lana Yoga for Weight Control
This is one of my favorite exercises that Wai Lana has in her DVDs. It’s called the wind blown tree- for name’s sake, I mean- how pretty is that? She’s got some really creative names for the poses that makes it much easier to remember them. And yeah- this is good for reducing fat around the waist. It’s worked wonders for mine!
