    @readyjojoy Definately. In fact, there’s a growing movement to classify obese people with a personality disorder…because it is a long term self-destructive pattern.

    I dunno if that is necessary. If so, they’d have to classify many other things: smoking, alcoholism, being in debt to the point of bankruptcy, hoarding, etc…even not working enough.

    Still, I think some people are obese due to psychological disorders…but not all.

    It’s really odd how these obese people seem to make their weight loss journey as something so emotional and blah blah blah. Controlled diet and daily exercise does the magic. Stay away from the fin twinkies.
