    I know that this question was not directed to me but i couldn’t help but reply…I just reached my 198 mark and felt like i won the lottery. It took me a while ( i was at 220 lbs) but I did it too. when i saw 198, I ran jogged my first mile EVER in life. No going back! Good Luck!!! This video just inspired me even more!!
