Well I just ordered a 28 day box of favorite foods. How much weight would a 17 year old girl at 5′8" 180 pounds lose in a week?

1 to 3 lbs. Nutrasystem tastes yucky.

Yes, my grandma told me that one of her friends ordered Nutrisystem, and the food was absolutely terrible.

If you want to lose weight, listen closely…DIET AND EXERCISE!!!!!!!!!!
