		<description>ok dude...first...you only broke your wrist so take up jogging. you need to burn calories by doing cardiovascular exercises weights are not gonna help you lose pounds (kgs) eat a healthy diet, cut out ALL garbage foods!!!! no soda or ANYTHING with high fructose corn syrup...secondly, in additon to running/walking try going to a library or since you have the web, try looking up different styles of self defense.. i dont advocate violence but if its your only chance kick some butt! i recommend easy martial arts like judo.. also maybe try to play mind games with them...screw with their heads..look up all of this stuff on the internet....crohns diets....mixed martial arts.....cardio workouts.... and if worse comes to worse....if they are beating you up...dont be afraid to fight back, and there is no such thing as dirty fighting...go for the testicles. maybe theyll stop messing with you...math books also work well! good luck!&lt;br&gt;&lt;b&gt;References : &lt;/b&gt;&lt;br&gt;</description>

		<description>This turned from a bully issue to a self confidence issue. A small school is hard to work with. I have no idea of your personality so it is hard to work with. You want to be less dorky yet you tried parkour. That is a thin mans sport my friend. Don&#039;t take karate as a self confidence boster. I know that the people I know who took karate were weak geeks that I personally have challenged and won. Karate is nothing like a serious fight. You only will win if you are fighting like minded appoints. I personally did not hurt the people who knew karate, I just used German grappling to show my point. If you want to be cool, just wait your time. I was almost the exact same weight and height as you in 8th grade. I hit my growth spurt and was massive. Unfortuently you have, I suppose because you didn&#039;t list, missed many opportunities to make friends such as band and football.
 If you want to lift weights talk to your parents. Your school may have a gym. If so it is open to ALL students so you will be able to use weights there. If you want to lose weight, you need to be jogging at least everyother day and eat healthy. I suppose you dont jog now so you will need to start walking. Just jog as far as you can and try to repeat  it. When it feels as if you could go further, go further. 
It is a matter of appearance that you would like to change. I say I could have girls flirt with me, but only felt I  could talk to the ones I shared interest with. If your goal is to have a girlfriend, find like minded people. Join clubs in school, out side of school, or just do the things you like and you may find someone.  
Do you have a cast on your wrist? If so get people to sign it. Who cares if they don&#039;t care for you. I would still do it if someone I didn&#039;t like asked me to. I may even feel compelled to become their friend. 
If someone turns you down, this goes for anything, don&#039;t look back. Just think, wow that was an asswhole, and just act like you are better than them. 
If you can, Dress like the cool kids. I remember in high school the bigger kids use to wear hollister and abercrombie and stick out their chest to imagine they had muscle. Some women think you just might. If you dont have the funds to do this, go to a resale shop and buy some clothes from the 70&#039;s with cool slogans, not to many thoe; if you want you can go buy some plan Tees from a store like walmart or target. I know that Solid color V neck shirts and regular are suppose to be in style this season. I have been wearing those shirts for years and I think I look damn good in them. Be sure once you lose the weight to get some sexy jeans.
If your going to be short, your parents are short, Just try to get super lean. I know pleanty of kids that are 5&#039; 8&quot; that are so lean they have their six packs and what not. They this this means their ripped, that they are strong, but it doesnt&#039;; however grils do like that look.

I also want to build the muscles in my arms and stomach but because I&#039;m under 16, I can&#039;t use the weights at the gym.
I&#039;ve been doing a bit of parkour the recent weeks but just 2 days ago I slipped on a wet bar and broke my wrist and have a hairline fracture in my skull. I have lost all self confidence in that idea now.
What would be really great is if you guys could give me advice on building my muscles and losing weight so I can finally stand up to these bullies.
